So you may have seen this obnoxious tweet that I tweeted earlier this week:
Well, here I am to finally share it with you! First things first: my amazing dinner last night.
I baked my spaghetti squash for the first time! Usually I just poke a few holes in it and pop it in the microwave. All I did this time was bake it at 375 for 1 hour, cut it in half and scooped out the seeds. It turned out SO MUCH BETTER and was much easier to peel. My ground turkey sauteed with spinach, garlic salt and green onions was also delish. I think green onions and are starting to grow on me, literally.
Finally, I sprayed asparagus with liquid aminos, sprinkled some nutritional yeast on top, and popped it in the oven for the last 17 minutes of baking time. If you haven’t tried nooch (nutritional yeast) yet, YOU MUST. It tastes very similar to Cheez-it crumbs, and I think we all know how I feel about those
So, without further ado, I’d like to announce my new job to all my beautiful friends:
I’m officially going to be teaching group exercise classes at a large chain of gyms across the Orlando area!
It’s kind of funny how the whole thing came about and no, I was not expecting it at all.
As If I had time to date as it is….! Excuses, shhhh
I’ll be teaching nearly everything, but I’m starting with my own bootcamp and kickboxing classes. I’ll know more about my schedule at the end of today, so I’ll be sure to keep you all updated.
